Ireland captain Paul Stirling chose to bat first after winning the toss against Bangladesh in the second T20I held in Chattogram. The decision comes as Ireland look to consolidate their 1-0 lead in the three match series following a 39 run victory in the opening game.

Ireland made a single alteration to the squad that secured the first T20I. Curtis Campher was replaced by Ben Calitz a middle order batsman who has so far featured in just one T20I which was against England in September.
Bangladesh
